The Challenge
Operators needed a credible automotive marketplace with fast filters, trustworthy listing detail, and a differentiated swap experience without rebuilding from scratch every sprint.
Our Solution
Monorepo with Vite React SPA, Express API, shared types, Postgres with Drizzle, and Expo mobile for deep links and sharing. Multi language UI for SQ, EN, and DE.
The Result
Live marketplace at auto.gss.al with rich filter vocabulary, listing flows, and swap entrypoint aligned to local inventory and buyer habits.
